Global Total Member Involvement is a biblical strategy for disciple-making evangelism. This initiative of the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists calls on every church and every member to become actively involved in making disciples using Christ's method.

Success is based on the number of workers, not just baptisms.

The goal is not just to reach everyone, but to involve everyone.

2.

Personal labor, which was Christ's method, is the primary work of the church.

Church programs and events support personal ministry, not the other way around. Not only are large events not a substitute for personal labor, but they can't be successful without it.

3.

The church's disciple-making plan is to be active and ongoing.

The disciple-making role of local churches is twofold:

a. Equip and involve church members in personal disciple-making (ongoing).
b. Plan calendar events and programs.
